Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience in technical support, systems administration, or a similar IT role
- Proficient understanding of Microsoft 365 including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID basics
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure principles such as TCP/IP, DNS, Windows Server, virtualization, and backup systems
- Experience in automation and scripting: capable of developing, modifying, and troubleshooting scripts for system and operational tasks
- Familiarity with Intune or other endpoint management tools
- Interest in AI and automation tools, with a practical approach to their application
- A bachelors degree in IT or Computer Science is preferred; relevant experience and certifications will also be considered
- Ability to effectively collaborate within a small team and communicate transparently, taking ownership without requiring constant guidance
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues across hardware, software, applications, and network systems
- Support daily oversight of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, and backup systems
- Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks and minimize manual effort
- Utilize AI-assisted technologies insightfully to enhance monitoring and response strategies
- Take ownership of specific tasks in IT projects while maintaining up-to-date documentation
- Collaborate with various departments within our restaurant, hotel, and healthcare divisions to resolve technology challenges
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions to foster continuous enhancement
