Requirements

Must:
- I have a Technical Institute/Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent formal training. - I possess a strong aptitude for logical thinking and analytical problem-solving. - I demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. - I excel in teamwork and collaboration. - I maintain a customer-centric approach in my work. - I am capable of multitasking and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - I have proficient knowledge of PC/LAN hardware troubleshooting and basic workstation software. - I am well-versed in Windows operating systems and networking, as well as Unix operating systems. - I am familiar with BMC Remedy ITSM software for incident, problem, work order, asset, and change management. - I have proven experience or demonstrated knowledge in IT support, PC/LAN, and related hardware/software environments.

Responsibilities

- I provide IT technical support for incidents of varying complexity, ensuring timely resolution to minimize disruption for internal customers. - I analyze, troubleshoot, and remedy incidents while adhering to company operational standards for reporting and documentation. - I assess issues and recommend alternative solutions when necessary. - I facilitate communication with our home office, offshore IT teams, and vendors to resolve local incidents that require advanced expertise. - I handle hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance for desktops, laptops, and peripherals, as well as RF and RFID equipment. - I perform Bare-Metal desktop builds using Windows SCCM and manage software installations using the Windows Software Center Support Console. - I understand the critical business processes and applications within the fulfillment center and interact with business customers to respond to their changing needs. - I support the IT organizations policies, practices, and methodologies and participate in IT Field Operation initiatives and projects as they emerge. - I actively identify trends to proactively prevent problems and escalations.

- My work schedule is from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM EST. - This is a full-time position with an hourly pay range of $22.00 - $24.00. - I can access several benefits, including 401(k), dental insurance, an employee assistance program, discounts, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. - I am required to relocate to Forest Park, GA 30297 before starting work, and this role necessitates in-person attendance.
