Requirements
Must:
- A 2- or 4-year college degree is essential.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with user administration in Microsoft 365 is beneficial.
- Proficiency in supporting laptops, peripherals, and common business applications is required.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and exceptional customer service skills are necessary.
- Highly organized, reliable, and attentive to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Deliver daily technical assistance for staff concerning hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues.
- Monitor and resolve helpdesk requests; escalate complex problems as necessary.
- Assist with password resets and access requests while troubleshooting as needed.
- Manage user account provisioning and removal within Microsoft 365 and other business systems.
- Prepare and distribute laptops and peripherals for staff.
- Verify system access and support initial login configurations.
- Recover and reset equipment during offboarding processes.
- Oversee user access to shared resources and software applications.
- Conduct periodic access reviews and basic security protocols.
- Maintain precise records of IT assets and user data.
- Process imports of client files and updates within case management platforms.
- Assist with data accuracy verification and routine system operations.
- Complete IT operational tasks and projects as directed by the Technology Director.
- Provide fundamental user guidance on Microsoft 365 and firm systems.
- Communicate effectively with staff concerning issues and solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT leadership as necessary.
