Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in developing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate within enterprise environments
- Strong comprehension of service-oriented architecture, solution architecture, and system design principles
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, Bash, or VBA for advanced automation tasks
- Practical experience with IT infrastructure components including Windows/Linux operating systems, VMware/ESXi virtualization platforms, and cloud services like Azure or AWS
- Knowledge of database management systems including SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra
- Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Git for continuous integration and deployment
- Understanding of computer networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, and network security measures
- Experience working within Agile methodologies to deliver iterative improvements efficiently
- Background in systems engineering or computer science, focusing on system architecture or system administration preferred
- Excellent problem-solving ability with a sharp eye for debugging complex issues across various platforms and technologies
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated workflows and business process flows utilizing Microsoft Power Automate, ensuring seamless integration with systems like Salesforce, Pegasystems, and other enterprise platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and identify automation opportunities that align with organizational objectives
- Design scalable system architectures that incorporate RESTful APIs, web services, and cloud solutions such as Azure and AWS for robust automation implementations
- Implement system integrations using APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and other data exchange protocols to connect diverse IT infrastructure components
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high reliability and performance of automation workflows
- Apply best practices in system hardening, security protocols, and vulnerability management to protect automation environments
- Document technical specifications, workflow diagrams, and process maps to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing
