Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, BASH, and familiarity with C, C++ is beneficial
- Solid understanding of Linux fundamentals, including CentOS and Ubuntu
- Familiarity with hardware and API solutions for controlling and managing L10 devices, including IPMI, Redfish, and various testing tools like mprime and FIO
- Experience in creating and configuring Virtual Machines (VMs) using VMware is a plus
- Knowledge of advanced networking systems, hardware, software, and protocols, particularly enterprise Ethernet data center switching and routing
- Proven ability to solve problems systematically, with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of accountability
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for production issues including outages and performance challenges
- Maintain and enhance the efficiency of the production test infrastructure and applications
- Ensure all site test infrastructure is updated regularly to maintain optimal performance and reliability
- Support the current test infrastructure and assist in planning future expansions
- Document installations, upgrades, and management of the manufacturing server and rack test infrastructure
- Communicate enhancements related to manufacturing test infrastructure based on operational insights
- Respond to incidents in manufacturing tests and perform analysis and corrective actions as needed
- Participate in the analysis and resolution of factory test failures
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on test infrastructure components
