Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Java, BASH, and C/C++ is advantageous
- Solid understanding of Linux fundamentals, specifically CentOS and Ubuntu
- Familiarity with hardware and API solutions for managing and testing L10 devices, including IPMI, Redfish, mprime, FIO, Linpack, ptugen, and memtester
- Experience in creating and configuring Virtual Machines (VMs) using VMWare, including DHCP, PXE boot, and nginx is a plus
- Knowledge of advanced networking systems, hardware, software, and protocols, especially in enterprise Ethernet datacenter switching/routing (L1, L2, and L3)
- Experience with Arista CloudVision is desirable
- Proven ability to tackle systematic issues with strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and determination
Responsibilities
- Provide initial response to production-related issues such as outages and user performance
- Oversee change management, monitoring, and enhancements to production test infrastructure and applications
- Ensure all site test infrastructure software and hardware are regularly updated to maintain optimal performance
- Maintain and support manufacturing server (L10) and rack (L11-L12) test software and infrastructure
- Document installations, upgrades, and management related to manufacturing server (L10) and rack (L11-L12) test infrastructure
- Communicate improvements for manufacturing test infrastructure based on operational insights and uptime challenges
- Assist in incident response, analysis, and corrective actions for site operations
- Participate in root cause analysis and response for factory test failures
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on test infrastructure, including MDF, IDF, and SUT TORs
