Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering required, Masters Degree preferred
- 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Profound knowledge of emerging technologies in the field
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Capability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Proficiency in presenting information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
- Solid understanding of Manufacturing Test Strategy across multiple areas of test development
- Broad knowledge of test development fields including structural and functional testing
- Extensive hands-on experience in a test development environment
- Strong appreciation of industry standards and specifications
- Proven track record of providing innovative manufacturing test solutions
- Ability to create presentations, articulate concepts, and effectively represent Test Development to various stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of test solutions for medium to high complexity projects
- Ensure adherence to budget and scheduling commitments during test solution development
- Execute tasks related to Design for Test (DFT), assembly, validation, and emergency support of various hardware
- Develop electrical hardware solutions, including custom circuitry and test equipment
- Create mechanical hardware setups, including automated fixtures and test racks
- Utilize software tools for test development and validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors throughout the development process
- Manage project tracking, ensuring completion of deliverables and documentation
- Engage in design reviews and create relevant test specification packages
- Comply with companys security policies and procedures
- Undertake additional duties as assigned
