Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related area, or relevant product certifications
- Over 4 years of hands-on experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Strong understanding of access management principles
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
- Preferred: Smartsheet and SharePoint certifications
- Preferred: Advanced knowledge in Dashboard development
- Preferred: Significant experience in federal environments or large-scale enterprise systems
- Preferred: Experience engaging with users at all technical proficiency levels
- Required: 4 years of data analytics experience
- Required: 4 years of experience with advanced Excel functions
- Required: 4 years of SQL experience
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Smartsheet sheets for tracking contracts, projects, and program activities
- Organize and manage column structure, metadata, and data fields for effective portfolio tracking
- Coordinate updates with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and comprehensiveness
- Develop and manage Smartsheet reports for data aggregation across various sheets
- Create and update leadership dashboards to present real-time program status
- Configure and manage automated workflows including:
- Update requests
- Alerts and notifications
- Approval routing
- Data collection forms
- Implement workflow automation to:
- Minimize manual data entry
- Enhance inter-team coordination
- Ensure timely data updates
- Use cross-sheet references to link and aggregate program data
- Set up automated notifications and reporting outputs for stakeholders
- Ensure Smartsheet data underpins portfolio-level reporting and decision-making
- Administer SharePoint sites, manage lists, and oversee document libraries
- Organize structured program data and documentation repositories
- Create and oversee SharePoint forms and data collection processes
- Promote data governance and content organization within SharePoint
- Maintain program documentation, templates, and knowledge assets
- Collaborate with stakeholders through Microsoft Teams channels and tools
- Facilitate integration between SharePoint, Smartsheet, and reporting solutions
- Develop reporting solutions utilizing Excel and Power BI (if applicable)
- Apply advanced Excel formulas and SQL for program data analysis and validation
- Uphold data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to program management guidelines
- Support continuous data maintenance, updates, and quality assurance tasks
- Recommend proactive enhancements, performance tuning, and security improvements across products
- Ensure Microsoft environments maintain high availability, scalability, and resilience
- Provide technical leadership in creating system documentation, SOPs, and reports
- Aid compliance with federal security standards and agency-specific cloud security mandates
- Suggest and implement best practices for identity management, access control, and data governance for Smartsheet Gov and Microsoft SharePoint
