Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Interaction Designer, or a related role, with a robust portfolio demonstrating web and mobile application design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and user research techniques.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
- Solid grasp of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Awareness of responsive design concepts and mobile-first strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail and effective task prioritization.
- Outstanding communication abilities and capacity to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS) is advantageous but not essential.
- Background in designing for educational platforms or online learning settings is preferable.
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and other digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to convey design ideas and user flows.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering feedback to continually enhance the user experience.
- Work closely with developers to guarantee designs are executed accurately and effectively.
- Create and uphold a unified design system, ensuring consistency across all platforms and user interactions.
- Keep abreast of the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our platforms remain innovative.
- Generate user personas, journey maps, and other design artifacts to inform product decisions and feature enhancement.
- Collaborate with product and content teams to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
