Requirements
Must:
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience in developing individualized treatment plans that include both skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
- Experience supervising technicians to implement tailored treatment plans
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 8-12 patients, collaborating with the Clinic Director and Ivy ABA leadership to achieve favorable outcomes for our young clients.
- Perform assessments and create personalized treatment plans for each patient.
- Mentor and support behavior technicians in applying each patients unique treatment plan.
- Educate and empower parents and caregivers on ABA principles and interventions to foster impactful behavior changes at home.
- Coordinate care as part of an interdisciplinary team for patients receiving concurrent therapies such as speech and language, occupational, or physical therapy.
