Requirements
Must:
- Active BCBA certification
- Prior experience in developing tailored treatment plans including skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
- Experience supervising technicians to implement individualized treatment strategies
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 8-12 children, collaborating with your Clinic Director and Ivy ABA leadership to achieve excellent outcomes.
- Perform assessments and create personalized treatment plans for each patient.
- Train and mentor behavior technicians in executing individual treatment plans.
- Guide and empower parents and caregivers to implement ABA principles and strategies for meaningful behavioral changes beyond therapy sessions.
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary care team for children receiving additional therapies such as speech and language, occupational therapy, or physical therapy.
