Requirements
Must:
- Associates/Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Minimum ten years of experience in computer system management, application development, and data analysis
- Five years of experience in banking, business, real estate, or a related field (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of privacy/security laws, regulations, and standards related to lending and property management
- Experience in team development and leadership
- Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and time-management skills with problem-solving abilities
- Expertise in complex Excel modeling and custom database maintenance, including coding
- Experience in a Cloud-based organization, specifically with transitions to the Cloud (preferred)
- Knowledge of current technological trends in information security and risk management
- Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite, SQL, Tableau, and VBA
- Integrity, credibility, and a commitment to the INHS mission
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategies for all hardware and software requirements at INHS
- Collaborate with senior staff to establish budgets for equipment and services
- Oversee the work of the managed service provider and implement system enhancements
- Lead the transition to Cloud infrastructure, prioritizing and planning effectively
- Manage all technology systems including software, networking, and hardware
- Maintain custom databases and ensure data integrity
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues within data systems
- Create queries and generate reports for staff and departments
- Enhance data system functionality for increased efficiency during the Cloud transition
- Provide training and support for INHS-developed systems to staff
- Ensure IT capabilities and connectivity for each remote property management office
- Manage camera systems and assist staff in monitoring any issues
- Facilitate connectivity and security compliance for new communities
- Act as CISO, implementing and maintaining INHS information security protocols
- Liaison with the New York State Department of Financial Services to ensure compliance
- Participate in strategic planning and key management decisions regarding IT initiatives

The Director of Information Technology will be a pivotal member of our senior leadership team, responsible for the development and growth of our IT department across a seven-county service area in the Finger Lakes/Southern Tier Region of NY.
