Requirements
Must:
- Strong proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11 within a professional context.
- Experience assisting users with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Familiarity with ticketing or remote monitoring systems, preferably NinjaOne or similar.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- Capacity to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical personnel.
- Consistent documentation practices and keen attention to detail.
- Additional certifications or experience in relevant IT sectors (preferred).
- Knowledge of other IT tools, software, or platforms pertinent to our industry (preferred).
- An Associate degree in a computer-related discipline or equivalent professional experience (minimum 5 years).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support and network administration.
Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day end-user IT support utilizing NinjaOne, addressing break/fix issues, service requests, and common inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and assist with Microsoft 365 applications, Windows 10/11, and standard business software, including some administrative tasks.
- Provide support for Dell desktops and laptops, which involves setup, imaging, troubleshooting, and coordinating hardware replacements.
- Offer first-line assistance for Xerox multi-function printers, including basic troubleshooting and liaising with vendors.
- Support the companys ERP application (WorkWise), handling user access challenges, basic troubleshooting, and escalation as needed.
- Precisely document all executed tasks in NinjaOne, including troubleshooting procedures, results, and device notes.
- Develop and maintain internal IT documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles derived from real-world problems and solutions.
- Conduct initial investigations of technical issues prior to escalation, thoroughly documenting discoveries, attempted fixes, and potential consequences.
- Escalate problems involving security, data integrity, system-wide effects, or ambiguous risks to the IT Manager.
- Assist with specified IT projects and system maintenance tasks under the IT Managers guidance.
