Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in MS Windows 10/11
- Familiar with O365
- Knowledgeable in SQL
- Strong diagnostic skills for both hardware and software
- Familiarity with remote monitoring and management tools (e.g., NinjaOne, Syncro)
- Basic networking administration experience, including Meraki
- Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Background in Windows Server management
- Familiar with virtualization technologies
- Capable of configuring and managing Veeam backups
- Additional certifications or experience in related IT areas are a plus
- An Associate degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years)
- 2 - 5 years of experience in IT support and network administration
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Configure and establish new user accounts and hardware to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience
- Oversee and maintain network and PC hardware, promptly addressing issues to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with colleagues in the IT department to ensure the reliability and security of the IT systems
- Assist in managing Active Directory, focusing on user management and access control
- Handle DNS and DHCP configurations to promote efficient network operations
- Support and maintain Windows Server environments to ensure their optimal performance and security
- Aid in virtualization efforts, including the configuration and management of virtual machines
- Execute and oversee Veeam backups to safeguard critical data
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technology trends
