Requirements
Must:
- Top Secret security clearance required
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience supporting DoD training exercises or Joint Training programs (JTEEP/JTS)
- Proficiency in analytical, statistical, modeling, and simulation methodologies
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Demonstrated experience utilizing tools like ADVANA, Joint Training Tool (JTT), MSS, C2IE
- Experience in data analysis, including statistical analysis (Excel, R, Python)
- Prior involvement in creating reports or briefings for senior DoD leadership (O-6 / GS-15 or above)
- Background in working within a Combatant Command or Joint Staff environment
- Experience collaborating with USTRANSCOM, CENTCOM, or Joint Staff
Responsibilities
- Provide expert analytical, statistical, modeling, and simulation support for USTRANSCOM exercise reporting
- Analyze Service and USTRANSCOM exercise data using statistical analysis, trend analysis, predictive modeling, and custom-built models
- Develop independent exercise reporting products without relying on other USTRANSCOM organizations
- Deliver analytical findings to TCJ7-E for senior decision-making related to USTRANSCOM leadership
- Coordinate with AMC, MSC, SDDC, JECC, and other entities to gather necessary exercise data
- Consolidate and prepare data for comprehensive reporting and assessment development
- Utilize the Joint Training Tool (JTT) and various Data Visualization Tools
- Create and manage assessments using exercise reporting databases
- Aid in the development of reports such as JTEEP Annuals, JTEEP Assessment Guidance, Exercise Control reports, and Annual Joint Assessment reports
- Attend conferences and meetings to provide support for high-level discussions and decision-making forums
