Requirements

Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field - Over 5 years of experience in software programming - Experience working on Agile-based teams - Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C, C++, Python, Java, etc.) - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and defect tracking tools - Understanding of modern software development practices, including Agile methodologies - Excellent communication skills to confidently present products, deliverables, and analyses - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities - Ability to manage up, proactively communicate, and seek assistance when needed - Strong relationship-building skills and confidence - Capability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate ownership of work - Commitment to continuous self-improvement and knowledge acquisition

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, implement, and debug software solutions in embedded, platform, or cloud-based environments - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, systems, security, and testing engineers, to define requirements and interfaces - Engage in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical planning - Support the creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes - Develop and maintain automation scripts, tools, and configurations - Contribute to unit, integration, and system-level testing efforts - Troubleshoot software, infrastructure, and performance challenges, implementing viable solutions - Identify performance bottlenecks and execute optimizations - Participate in design reviews, code inspections, and Agile ceremonies - Prepare and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and configuration standards - Adhere to established software development processes and configuration management protocols
