Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience in place of a degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the Information Technology sector
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present products, deliverables, analyses, and issues effectively
- Critical thinking aptitude to analyze situations or problems and develop solutions
- Comfortable with upward management, demonstrating proactive communication and seeking assistance when necessary
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Proficient in prioritizing essential tasks and exhibiting a strong sense of ownership in your work
- Eager to seek self-improvement opportunities and acquire new knowledge
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and implementation of cloud solutions, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), across various organizations and accounts
- Collaborate with the development team to deliver new services with low latency and high performance
- Address and remediate identified security vulnerabilities
- Provide solutions for complex technologies and architectures
- Develop automated scripts and methodologies for system administration tasks when feasible
- Define and document security standard operating procedures and protocols from a security perspective
- Support and document automated build and configuration management processes
- Manage security risks in coordination with other Account Administrators and Engineers
