Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
- Over 5 years of relevant software development experience
- More than 3 years of Full-Stack Web Application Development experience
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)
- Expertise in back-end technologies (PHP, Java)
- Familiarity with databases (Oracle, MySQL)
- Experience with API development (RESTful Web Services)
- Excellent communication skills for presenting products and addressing issues
- Analytical mindset with critical thinking abilities for problem-solving
- Capability to manage upward and communicate proactively
- Ability to build and maintain valuable professional relationships
- Strong prioritization skills and a sense of ownership over work
- Commitment to continuous self-improvement and learning
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain billing and provisioning software applications including enhancements and modifications
- Engage fully in the Agile Scrum development cycle, participating in design discussions
- Develop and uphold Java-based applications
- Manage backlog issues by crafting well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
- Contribute to end-to-end development, spanning from frontend to backend systems
- Review peer-generated code, aligning with team coding standards and best practices
- Create new builds, patches, and conduct deployments following task completion
- Aid in the integration, documentation, and launch of novel product offerings
- Take part in requirements gathering sessions to align product direction with business and customer needs
- Identify and propose timely solutions to issues and defects independently
- Support customer activities through beta testing, integration processes, and release cycles
- Maintain thorough documentation for both external integrators and internal stakeholders
