Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in Front-End Development
- Proven track record in developing Enterprise Design Systems from the ground up
- In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.1 and Section 508 accessibility standards
- Proficiency in HTML, SASS, and Angular
- Familiarity with Storybook for component documentation
- Strong grasp of UX best practices
- Experience with USWDS or other enterprise design frameworks
- (Preferred) Familiarity with .NET, MVC, and SQL
- (Preferred) Understanding of frontend and backend integration
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interfaces adhering to enterprise design standards
- Create scalable and accessible UI components from scratch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience
- Document components and design systems using Storybook
- Ensure compliance with WCAG standards in all developments
- Mentor junior team members on best practices in UI/UX design
