Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Associates or Bachelors degree, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to relocate or currently reside within commuting distance to Johnston location 4 days a week
- Preferred: Experience with Jira and Confluence or other project management tools
- Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
- Preferred: Background in providing Systems Analysis and Management
- Preferred: Professional certifications such as CBAP or CCBA
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business departments and IT on medium to large scale projects
- Develop project scopes and requirements
- Coordinate project activities with our internal development team
- Conduct testing and quality assurance for deployed solutions
- Maintain project tickets in Jira and create documentation in Confluence
- Collaborate with a senior business analyst to ensure template and process consistency
- Perform Systems Analysis and Systems Management for assigned systems
