Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in the industry.
- Proficiency in creating agents, automations, or workflows that can intelligently decide on actions.
- Experience with embeddings, Vector/RAG, or conversational memory in practical applications.
- Proven ability to create automations that function unattended and can recover from errors.
- Familiarity with Python, JavaScript/Typescript (SvelteKit/Next.js), SQL, Bash, and Docker is beneficial.
- Understanding of multi-step prompts, controlling outputs, context windows, token limits, risks of truncation, and debugging model failures.
- Knowledge of API orchestration, webhooks, asynchronous workflows, cron/background jobs, and event-driven systems.
