Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience utilizing QuickBooks Online
- Preferred experience with QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
- Alternatively, a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven track record in a customer support role, ideally in a tech or SaaS context
- An active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory before starting
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze intricate challenges, pinpoint root causes, and communicate effective solutions
- Minimum of 2 days in-office requirement for 4 hours each day
- A reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) for remote work is essential

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues through phone and chat with professionalism

- Collaborate with Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management teams to share client feedback
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and product improvements
- Create impactful customer interactions that foster confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment for service innovation
- Instruct clients on advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing and payroll
- Stay updated on QuickBooks Online developments to serve as a knowledgeable advisor
