Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience working with QuickBooks Online, ideally including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money, or completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
- Proven track record in a customer support position, preferably in a tech or SaaS setting.
- An active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification, required before the start date.
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.
- Ability to analyze complex issues, pinpoint root causes, and convey effective solutions.
- Minimum requirement of 2 days in the office for 4 hours each day.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) needed for remote work.

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users.
- Troubleshoot complex software issues via phone and chat in a professional manner, ensuring customer reassurance.
- Implement our prosperity principles in customer solutions.
- Act as a strong advocate for the Mid-Market customer, dedicating ownership to their success.
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to convey client feedback and enhance the product and customer experience.
- Deliver quality customer interactions that inspire confidence.
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to innovate and refine our service model, leveraging field expertise.
- Guide clients in utilizing advanced features of QuickBooks Online, such as invoicing, complex bookkeeping, and payroll, fostering their success through effective platform use.
- Remain informed about updates, new features, and functionalities of the QuickBooks Online platform to act as a trusted advisor, continuously committing to expertise.
