Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience using QuickBooks Online, preferably with QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money, or completion of the Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Experience in a customer support role, ideally within a tech or SaaS setting
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification, required prior to start date
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and communicate effective solutions
- Comfort with hybrid work, requiring at least 2 days in the office for 4 hours each, along with a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related issues via phone and chat in a reassuring manner
- Implement prosperity principles in customer interactions and solutions
- Serve as the voice of the Mid-Market customer, advocating for their success and partnering with Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management teams
- Create high-quality customer engagements that inspire trust and confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities in the Mid-Market segment to innovate service models
- Guide clients in utilizing advanced functionalities of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing and payroll
- Stay updated on all enhancements and features of the QuickBooks Online platform to maintain expertise and serve as a knowledgeable advisor
