Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience utilizing QuickBooks Online, with preferred knowledge of QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
- Completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification is acceptable
- Previous experience in a customer support position, ideally in a tech or SaaS context
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory before starting
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping concepts and financial vocabulary
- Proven capability to analyze intricate challenges, pinpoint root causes, and present effective solutions
- Ability to work hybrid with a minimum requirement of 2 days in the office for 4 hours each day
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) is necessary for remote work

- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to communicate client feedback and enhance the overall product and customer experience
- Develop high-quality customer interactions that instill confidence
- Identify trends and prospects within the Mid-Market segment to innovate a distinguished service model, utilizing field expertise
- Assist clients in navigating advanced functionalities of QuickBooks Online, such as invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more, to promote their prosperity
- Remain updated on all QuickBooks Online platform enhancements to serve as a reliable advisor, showcasing steadfast dedication to expertise
