Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, with preference for QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money OR an Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
- Proven background in customer support, particularly within a tech or SaaS setting.
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required before start date.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.
- Demonstrated capability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
- Minimum of 2 days in-office, 4 hours per day, and a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.

- Diagnose and resolve intricate software issues via phone and chat, maintaining a professional and reassuring demeanor.
- Use prosperity principles to enhance customer solutions.
- Advocate for the Mid-Market customer, ensuring their success is prioritized.
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to communicate client feedback and improve products and customer experiences.
- Create meaningful customer interactions that build trust and confidence.
- Identify trends within the Mid-Market segment to shape a unique service model, utilizing your expertise.
- Assist clients in navigating the advanced functionalities of QuickBooks Online, such as invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, etc., promoting their growth through effective platform use.
- Remain informed about updates and new features of QuickBooks Online to serve as a trusted advisor, demonstrating ongoing commitment to expertise.
