Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience utilizing QuickBooks Online, with preference given to experience in QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money OR completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
- Proven track record in a customer support position, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment.
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory and needs to be submitted prior to commencement.
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.
- Capability to analyze intricate problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Reliable internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) required for remote work.
- Ability to adapt to ambiguity and changing priorities.

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complicated software issues via phone and chat in a professional and reassuring manner.
- Implement our prosperity principles to enhance customer solutions.
- Serve as the advocate for the Mid-Market customer, taking ownership of their success.
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to convey client feedback and promote enhancements to the product and customer experience.
- Craft high-quality customer interactions that build confidence and trust.
- Identify trends and opportunities in the Mid-Market segment to help develop a distinctive service approach, leveraging industry expertise.
- Assist clients in navigating the advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, detailed bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll, encouraging their success with the platform.
- Remain informed about updates, new features, and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating a continuous commitment to expertise.
