Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience utilizing QuickBooks Online, with preferred expertise in QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
- Completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification is acceptable
- Previous experience in a customer support capacity, ideally within a tech or SaaS setting
- Must possess an active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification before starting
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Proven capability to analyze intricate issues, pinpoint root causes, and communicate effective solutions
- Minimum requirement of 2 days in-office, 4 hours per day
- High-speed internet connection required for remote work

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related issues through phone and chat in a professional manner
- Apply our prosperity principles when providing customer solutions
- Represent the voice of the Mid-Market customer, ensuring their success through ownership
- Collaborate with Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management teams to convey client feedback and enhance product and customer experiences
- Create meaningful customer interactions that inspire confidence
- Identify trends within the Mid-Market segment to innovate service models leveraging expertise
- Assist clients in navigating advanced functionalities of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll
- Stay updated on all enhancements and new features of the QuickBooks Online platform to serve as a reliable advisor

Our compensation package is competitive, offering a range of $23.00 - $29.50 per hour in California, and includes additional bonuses and equity rewards, along with comprehensive benefits.
