Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money, or possess a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
- Demonstrated customer support experience, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required prior to start date.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.
- Proven capability to analyze complex issues, identify underlying causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Must be comfortable in a hybrid work model, requiring at least 2 days in the office for 4 hours each day.
- High-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) is necessary for remote work.

- Offer exceptional technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related queries via phone and chat with professionalism and assurance.
- Apply prosperity principles while addressing customer needs.
- Serve as the advocate for Mid-Market customers, ensuring their success.
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to deliver client feedback and enhance product and customer experience.
- Foster innovative customer interactions that build confidence.
- Identify trends and opportunities in the Mid-Market sector to develop a distinctive service model, utilizing field expertise.
- Assist clients in navigating the advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more, empowering them to thrive through effective platform usage.
- Ensure ongoing expertise by staying updated on all developments, new features, and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to act as a knowledgeable advisor.
