Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money, or a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven experience in a customer support role within a tech or SaaS environment
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required prior to start date
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex challenges, determine root causes, and communicate effective solutions
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with a minimum of 2 days in the office for 4 hours each
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) for remote work

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues via phone and chat in a professional and reassuring manner
- Apply our prosperity principles to client solutions
- Advocate for the Mid-Market customer and take ownership of their success
- Collaborate with Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management teams to relay client feedback and enhance the product and customer experience
- Create high-quality interactions that instill confidence in our services
- Identify trends and opportunities in the Mid-Market to help develop a unique service model based on your expertise
- Guide customers through advanced features of QuickBooks Online, such as invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more
- Remain updated on all QuickBooks Online features and functionalities to serve as a trusted advisor and display a continual commitment to expertise
