Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
- Alternatively, a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven background in a customer support position, ideally in a tech or SaaS context
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required by start date
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping concepts and financial terminology
- Capability to assess complex challenges, pinpoint root issues, and convey effective solutions
- Minimum of 2 days in-office work requirement for 4 hours per day
- Reliable high-speed internet connection necessary for remote work

- Deliver exceptional technical and consultative assistance to Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced software issues via phone and chat in a courteous and professional manner
- Implement prosperity principles in customer solutions
- Serve as the advocate for Mid-Market clients, taking ownership of their success
- Collaborate with teams including Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to relay feedback and enhance product and customer experiences
- Craft quality customer interactions that build confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities in the Mid-Market sector to develop a unique service model
- Assist clients in utilizing advanced QuickBooks Online features including invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll
- Keep abreast of updates, new features, and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to remain a trusted advisor
