Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
- Completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification is acceptable
- Proven customer support experience, ideally in a tech or SaaS setting
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification to be provided before starting
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terms
- Ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and communicate effective solutions
- Minimum of 2 days in-office work, 4 hours each day
- High-speed internet connection for remote work (DSL, cable, or fiber)

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software issues via phone and chat in a professional manner
- Implement prosperity principles in customer solutions
- Represent the Mid-Market customer, ensuring their success and ownership of outcomes
- Collaborate with teams like Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to share feedback and enhance product and customer experience
- Develop high-quality customer interactions that build confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to create a unique service model
- Assist clients in using advanced QuickBooks Online features such as invoicing, complex bookkeeping, and payroll
- Keep updated with new features and updates of QuickBooks Online to serve as a trusted advisor

This role combines technical product support, financial insights, and strategic customer service. We value a tech-savvy problem-solver with a strong bookkeeping background, who is eager to drive change, work collaboratively with our internal teams, and elevate the customer experience. This positions expected base pay in California is between $23.00 and $29.50, reflecting various factors such as experience and location.
