Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience utilizing QuickBooks Online, ideally with exposure to QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money OR completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven track record in a customer support role, preferably in a technology or SaaS context
- An active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory before starting
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terms
- Ability to analyze intricate challenges, determine root causes, and communicate practical solutions
- Comfort in a hybrid work setting with at least 2 days in the office for 4 hours each day
- Stable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) for remote work

- Deliver exceptional technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related issues via phone and chat while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Apply our prosperity principles to customer solutions
- Represent the voice of Mid-Market customers, showing ownership of their success
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to relay client feedback and enhance product and customer experiences
- Create high-quality customer interactions that inspire confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to innovate a differentiated service model
- Guide clients in utilizing advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, intricate bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll
- Stay updated on all changes, new features, and functionalities of the QuickBooks Online platform to serve as a reliable advisor
