Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience using QuickBooks Online
- Preferred experience in QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
- Alternatively, completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven background in a customer support role, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification, required before start date
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions
- Minimum hybrid work requirement of 2 days in the office (4 hours per day)
- Must have a dedicated high-speed internet connection for remote work

- Provide top-tier technical and consultative assistance to Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software issues via phone and chat in a professional manner
- Implement prosperity principles in all customer interactions
- Serve as the advocate for Mid-Market customers, ensuring their success
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to share client feedback and enhance the product and customer journey
- Create reliable and high-quality customer interactions that instill confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment for developing a unique service model
- Guide clients in using advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll
- Stay updated on all enhancements, new functionalities, and features of QuickBooks Online to maintain expertise as a trusted advisor
