Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience utilizing QuickBooks Online; familiarity with QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money is preferred
- An Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in a customer support capacity, ideally in a tech or SaaS setting
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory prior to starting
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping concepts and financial language
- Ability to analyze intricate problems, pinpoint root causes, and propose effective solutions
- Hybrid work arrangement: at least 2 days in-office for 4 hours each day
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) required for remote work

- Provide outstanding technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software issues via phone and chat, maintaining professionalism and reassurance
- Implement our prosperity principles in customer solutions
- Serve as the voice of the Mid-Market customer, owning their success and championing their needs
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to convey client feedback and enhance product and customer experience
- Create high-quality customer interactions that build trust and confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to innovate service models based on industry expertise
- Assist clients in navigating advanced QuickBooks Online features like invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more, enhancing their success with the platform
- Stay updated on all QuickBooks Online platform changes, new features, and functionalities to serve as a reliable advisor
