Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
- An Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification is acceptable in lieu of experience
- Proven background in a customer support role, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required before start date
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions
- Minimum of 2 days in the office (4 hours each day); must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection for remote work

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related issues via phone and chat in a professional and reassuring manner
- Implement prosperity principles in customer solutions
- Represent the voice of the Mid-Market customer, fully owning their success
- Collaborate with Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management teams to relay client feedback and enhance product and customer experience
- Create high-quality customer engagements that foster trust
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to innovate a unique service model, utilizing field expertise
- Guide clients through advanced QuickBooks Online functionalities such as invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll
- Keep up-to-date with updates, new features, and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to act as a trusted advisor and showcase commitment to expertise
