Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience working with QuickBooks Online, preferably with QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money OR completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven track record in a customer support role, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required prior to the start date
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze complex issues, pinpoint root causes, and communicate effective resolutions
- Minimum of 2 days working in the office for 4 hours each day
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) necessary for remote work

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues through phone and chat in a professional and calming manner

- Collaborate with teams like Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to relay customer insights and enhance the product and support experience
- Foster high-quality customer interactions that build confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market to develop a distinct service model leveraging expertise
- Guide clients on advanced QuickBooks Online functionalities, including invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and other areas to support their growth through effective platform use
- Stay updated on all QuickBooks Online enhancements and features to serve as a trusted advisor with ongoing commitment to expertise

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from $23.00 to $29.50 per hour, with opportunities for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and various benefits.
