Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money, or completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven track record in a customer support role, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required prior to start date
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions
- Minimum 2 days per week in the office for at least 4 hours per day
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) for remote work

- Provide outstanding technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues through phone and chat, maintaining professionalism and reassurance
- Apply our prosperity principles to customer solutions
- Act as the advocate for the Mid-Market customer, ensuring their success
- Collaborate with teams like Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to share client feedback and enhance product and customer experience
- Foster exemplary customer interactions that build confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to pioneer a unique service model, utilizing field expertise
- Guide clients in utilizing advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll
- Keep updated on all QuickBooks Online platform developments to remain a trusted advisor, demonstrating a commitment to expertise
