Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience working with QuickBooks Online, with preferred exposure to QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
- Completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification is a plus
- Proven track record in a customer support role, ideally within a tech or SaaS company
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory and must be provided before starting
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Demonstrated capability to analyze complex issues, identify core problems, and propose effective solutions
- Hybrid work setup requires a minimum of 2 days in the office for 4 hours each day
- A reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) is essential for remote work

- Deliver exceptional technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related problems through phone and chat, maintaining a professional demeanor
- Apply our prosperity principles to deliver tailored customer solutions
- Represent the voice of the Mid-Market customer, ensuring their success through ownership and advocacy
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to provide client feedback and enhance product and customer experience
- Craft top-notch customer interactions that build client confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to help develop a unique service model
- Guide clients through the advanced capabilities of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more
- Stay abreast of updates, new features, and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to maintain your position as a trusted advisor
