Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience using QuickBooks Online, preferably with exposure to QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
- Completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification is acceptable
- Proven background in a customer support position, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required before starting
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Competence in analyzing complex challenges, identifying root causes, and presenting effective solutions
- Hybrid work setup: At least 2 days in the office for 4 hours daily
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) needed for remote work

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software issues through phone and chat, while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Implement prosperity principles to enhance customer solutions
- Act as an advocate for Mid-Market customers, ensuring their success takes priority
- Collaborate with teams including Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to communicate client feedback and influence product and service improvements
- Create impactful customer interactions to build confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to develop a unique service model utilizing field expertise
- Assist clients in mastering advanced features of QuickBooks Online, such as invoicing, complex bookkeeping, and payroll setup
- Keep abreast of all updates and new functionalities of the QuickBooks Online platform to serve as a reliable advisor with ongoing commitment to expertise
