Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, ideally including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money OR completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven track record in a customer support role, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required before starting
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze challenging situations, identify root causes, and communicate effective solutions
- Minimum hybrid work requirement of 2 days in the office for 4 hours each
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection required for remote work

- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software issues via phone and chat, maintaining a professional demeanor

- Represent the voice of Mid-Market customers while taking full ownership of their success
- Collaborate with departments like Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to communicate client feedback and enhance the product and customer experience
- Create exceptional customer interactions that build confidence
- Identify trends in the Mid-Market segment to help develop a unique service model, leveraging your expertise
- Guide clients through QuickBooks Onlines advanced features, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, and payroll
- Stay updated with all QuickBooks Online developments to remain a trusted advisor

This position offers a competitive compensation package, including bonuses and equity rewards, with a pay range between $23.00 and $29.50 in California, followed by additional benefits.
