Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience using QuickBooks Online, preferably with QuickBooks Payments, Payroll, Proconnect, or Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven background in a customer support role, ideally within technology or SaaS sectors
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required before starting
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terms
- Ability to analyze complex issues, determine root causes, and convey effective solutions
- Hybrid work requirement: minimum of 2 days in the office for 4 hours each day
- High-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) necessary for remote work

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related challenges via phone and chat professionally
- Apply our Prosperity Principles in crafting customer solutions
- Act as the advocate for the Mid-Market customer, ensuring their success
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to communicate customer feedback and enhance product and service quality
- Create positive customer interactions that build confidence in our solutions
- Identify trends and opportunities to develop a distinctive service model for the Mid-Market segment
- Assist clients in utilizing advanced QuickBooks Online features, such as invoicing and payroll, to foster their prosperity
- Keep abreast of updates, new features, and functionalities in QuickBooks Online to serve as a reliable advisor
