Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably with QuickBooks Payments, Payroll, Proconnect, or completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven customer support experience, ideally in a tech or SaaS setting
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required before start date
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze and address complex issues, proposing effective solutions
- Willingness to work a minimum of 2 days in the office for 4 hours each
- Reliable high-speed internet connection required for remote work

- Deliver exceptional technical and consultative assistance to Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced software issues via phone and chat in a professional manner
- Implement prosperity principles in customer solutions
- Serve as the advocate for Mid-Market customers, taking ownership of their success
- Collaborate with Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to communicate client feedback and enhance product and customer experience
- Craft high-quality customer interactions that build confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to shape a unique service model
- Guide clients through the advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more
- Stay updated on new features and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to remain a trusted advisor
