QuickBooks Online Mid-Market Specialist - Mount Laguna

- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online; experience with QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money is preferred - Possession of an active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification, required before start date - Proven customer support experience, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment - Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology - Ability to analyze complex challenges and propose effective solutions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of making technical information easily understandable - Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Comfort with uncertainty and flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities - Proven track record as a collaborative team player contributing to team objectives - Reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) for remote work - Hybrid work requirement: minimum of 2 days in the office for 4 hours each day
