Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience using QuickBooks Online, ideally with knowledge of QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
- A completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification is preferred
- Proven background in a customer support role, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required prior to starting
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze intricate challenges, pinpoint root causes, and communicate effective solutions
- Minimum hybrid work requirement of 2 days in the office for 4 hours each day
- A reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) required for remote work

- Provide top-notch technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software-related issues through phone and chat, professionally and reassuringly
- Implement prosperity principles to customer solutions
- Act as the advocate for Mid-Market customers, ensuring their success
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to share client feedback and enhance product and customer experiences
- Establish high-quality customer interactions that build confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to develop a distinctive service model, utilizing field expertise
- Guide clients in utilizing advanced functionalities of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more to support their success
- Stay updated on all enhancements, new features, and functionalities of the QuickBooks Online platform to serve as a reliable advisor
