Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
- Alternatively, a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven background in a customer support capacity, ideally within a tech or SaaS context
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required before start date
- Strong foundation in bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze intricate challenges, determine root causes, and communicate viable solutions
- Minimum of 2 days working in-office, 4 hours per day
- High-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) required for remote work

- Deliver exceptional technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related issues via phone and chat in a professional manner
- Implement prosperity principles in customer solutions
- Act as an advocate for Mid-Market customers, taking ownership of their success
- Collaborate with teams like Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to convey client feedback and enhance products and customer experiences
- Create high-quality customer interactions that build confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to innovate service models
- Guide clients through advanced functionalities of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more
- Stay updated on all enhancements, new features, and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to maintain expertise
