Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, with a preference for QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
- Proven background in customer support, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment.
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory before the start date.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.
- Proven capability to analyze complex challenges, pinpoint root causes, and communicate effective solutions.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey technical information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Collaborate with teams like Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to relay customer feedback and enhance the product and experience through strong advocacy.
- Create high-quality customer interactions that foster confidence.
- Identify trends and potential within the Mid-Market segment to help develop a unique service model based on field expertise.
- Guide clients through advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll to promote their success.
- Stay updated with enhancements, new features, and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to serve as a trusted advisor and display continuous expertise commitment.
