Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience using QuickBooks Online, ideally with knowledge in QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money OR a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
- Proven track record in a customer support role, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment
- An active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory and must be presented before employment begins
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze intricate challenges, pinpoint root causes, and communicate effective solutions clearly
- Minimum of 2 days in-office work required, 4 hours per day
- High-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) necessary for remote work

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues via phone and chat in a professional manner
- Implement prosperity principles in customer solutions
- Advocate for the Mid-Market customer, ensuring their success is prioritized
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to relay customer feedback and enhance the product and overall customer experience
- Create high-quality customer interactions that instill confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to develop a unique service model
- Assist clients in navigating advanced functionalities of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more
- Stay updated with all QuickBooks Online platform features to act as a trusted advisor

Our competitive compensation package reflects a pay-for-performance philosophy, with expected base pay ranging from $23.00 to $29.50 in California, along with eligibility for bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits.
