Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience using QuickBooks Online, with a preference for familiarity with QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or holding a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
- Proven track record in a customer support role, ideally in a technology or SaaS setting.
- An active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory and must be presented prior to the start date.
- Comprehensive understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial language.
- Ability to diagnose complex issues, pinpoint root causes, and articulate viable solutions.
- Minimum of 2 days in-office work, requiring a dedicated high-speed internet connection for remote work.

- Provide exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software issues through phone and chat in a professional and calming manner.
- Implement prosperity principles in customer solutions.
- Advocate for the Mid-Market customer, showcasing total ownership of their success.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management teams to convey client insights and enhance product and customer experience through strong advocacy.
- Design high-quality customer interactions to build trust and confidence.
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to develop a unique service model using industry expertise.
- Guide clients in utilizing advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more for their prosperity.
- Remain up-to-date with all updates and new features of QuickBooks Online to act as a reliable advisor, showing an ongoing commitment to expertise.
