Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience utilizing QuickBooks Online, preferably with QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
- Completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification is acceptable
- Proven experience in a customer support capacity, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment
- Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required, to be provided prior to start date
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
- Ability to analyze intricate challenges, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions
- Minimum of 2 days in-office work required for hybrid position with 4 hours per day
- A reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) mandatory for remote work

- Offer exceptional technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software-related issues via phone and chat in a professional and calming manner
- Implement prosperity principles in customer solutions
- Serve as the voice for the Mid-Market customer, taking ownership of their success
- Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to provide client feedback and enhance product and customer experience
- Create high-quality customer interactions that build confidence
- Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market sector to pioneer a unique service model
- Guide clients through advanced functionalities of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more
- Remain updated with new features and functionalities of the QuickBooks Online platform to serve as a trusted advisor
